Heidi Boulos is a 2005 graduate of Boston College Law School and is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida. Heidi is a seasoned practitioner focusing solely on divorce and family law matters. Heidi has unique skills as she also earned her Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology. Heidi has nearly 20 years of family law experience. Her career started as a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts, followed by over seven years of experience as a divorce and family law associate, litigator, negotiator and mediator to primarily high net worth individuals through their divorces and other related matters. Subsequently, in 2014, Heidi began her own law firm, Boulos Family Law Group, LLC in Massachusetts. She has litigated to conclusion a wide range of family law cases involving financially and emotionally complex custody, relocation, property division and support related issues. Heidi’s years as a practicing attorney with a psychology background enables her to represent a client zealously.
In addition to her significant litigation experience, Heidi is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, serving as a private mediator through Sessums Law Group and as a contract mediator for Florida’s Tenth Judicial Circuit Court in Hardee, Highlands and Polk Counties. Heidi frequently serves as a mediator to bring contested matters to resolution while ensuring confidentiality, neutrality, compassion and cost-efficiency in the process.
Heidi is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, as well as a member of the Lakeland Bar Association, Polk Association for Women Lawyers and the Willson American Inn of Court.
